Teams at PICA Manufacturing Solutions

Performs general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and multi-company accounting using Sage 100 ERP. Oversees AP and AR processes, supports inventory and manufacturing accounting, prepares audit and tax documentation, maintains accounting procedures, and identifies process improvements. Works with domestic and international teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure GAAP compliance.

Supports daily bookkeeping, general ledger updates, accounts payable and receivable, invoice and expense processing, financial data entry, reconciliations, and monthly or year-end close activities. Communicates with vendors and customers to resolve billing issues, maintains organized financial records, supports audits, and handles sensitive information confidentially.

Drive product and manufacturing quality through inspection planning, root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier and customer quality management, ISO compliance, process capability studies, and continuous improvement initiatives in electronics manufacturing.
