Provide in-person, phone, and online customer assistance; gather project requirements; create and revise designs and prepress materials for web and print; prepare marketing and promotional assets; maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams; meet service and sales targets; perform administrative tasks. Portfolio required.

Prepare and preflight print-ready files, operate and maintain digital presses/copiers, troubleshoot file/color/output issues, assist customers on job specs, create print materials using Adobe Creative Suite, and track jobs to meet production targets.

Provide in-person, phone, and online customer service; process orders and administrative tasks; gather project specs; design and produce web and print materials using desktop publishing software on Mac and PC; present and revise designs; maintain records; meet service and sales targets; attend meetings and trainings.

Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment (binders, stitchers, cutters, laminators). Perform die cutting, laminating, drilling, scoring, QC checks, routine maintenance, recordkeeping, and maintain a safe, organized workspace to meet production deadlines and specifications.
