Prepare and preflight print-ready files, operate and maintain digital presses/copiers, troubleshoot file/color/output issues, assist customers on job specs, create print materials using Adobe Creative Suite, and track jobs to meet production targets.

Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment (binders, stitchers, cutters, laminators). Perform die cutting, laminating, drilling, scoring, QC checks, routine maintenance, recordkeeping, and maintain a safe, organized workspace to meet production deadlines and specifications.

Provide in-person, phone, and online customer assistance; gather project requirements; create and revise designs and prepress materials for web and print; prepare marketing and promotional assets; maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams; meet service and sales targets; perform administrative tasks. Portfolio required.
