Test new features and bug fixes across the product, covering happy paths, edge cases, regressions, and UI/UX quality. Build and own the automated end-to-end test suite, reproduce and document customer-reported bugs, and establish QA processes as the first dedicated QA hire. The role requires technical investigation of logs, HTTP requests, and browser behavior, with emphasis on automation and AI-assisted testing.

Own Phonely’s voice AI product from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Build and prioritize the roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, define measurable outcomes, and establish the company’s product processes. The role also sets product vision, supports go-to-market efforts, and helps determine which customer and revenue opportunities the company can pursue.

Own Phonely’s public voice and build its content engine from the ground up. Produce 5–10 or more pieces weekly across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other relevant channels. Manage the full production process, including story development, filming, directing, editing, publishing, audience engagement, and repurposing content into paid creative. Collaborate with engineers, sales representatives, founders, and customers to uncover compelling stories and represent the company at events, customer sites, podcasts, and launches.
