Own Phonely’s brand and product design as its first designer. Responsibilities include auditing existing design, establishing visual identity, building scalable design systems, creating intuitive interfaces for voice AI workflows, maintaining consistency across web and product experiences, and collaborating with engineers to implement designs. The role also involves using AI tools such as Claude, contributing frontend code, and defining design practices for the company’s growth.

Owns revenue and business operations alongside pay-per-call marketplace operations. Responsibilities include managing HubSpot workflows, reporting, forecasting, funnel analysis, billing and reconciliations, partner onboarding, campaign launches, compliance checks, and monitoring and tuning voice AI agents. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering and requires strong analytical skills, operational ownership, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup.

Own Phonely’s visual identity as its first designer, creating a cohesive brand system across product, website, campaigns, sales, presentations, and events. Build tokens, components, and templates; bring the product onto the system with frontend engineers; make voice AI workflows visually understandable; rebuild and launch the marketing site in Webflow; and produce customer stories, launch materials, and executive communications.
