Lead acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic transactions from thesis development through closing. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, adviser management, executive and board presentations, negotiation support, integration planning, partner relationship development, and coaching junior team members.

Partners with the CEO on company-defining priorities and cross-functional initiatives. Owns strategic projects from problem definition through execution, develops recommendations on capital allocation and expansion, leads teams through influence, prepares executive and board materials, identifies emerging opportunities, establishes operating plans and accountability, and coaches junior team members.

Lead the finance agenda by partnering with the senior finance leader on strategic planning, capital allocation, scenario analysis, financing, board and investor materials, and cross-functional initiatives. Own finance leadership cadence, accountability, process improvements, organization design, and urgent sensitive priorities. The role requires strong financial expertise, executive judgment, communication skills, and experience leading complex work across finance and business functions.
