It requires collaboration across production, laboratory, and engineering teams in office and manufacturing environments, with flexible hours and periodic on-call coverage.

Manage all project phases from conception to closeout for mill capital projects: plan, schedule, control budgets, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and document lessons learned.
