Supports paper mill quality systems, process optimization, root-cause analysis, defect reduction, yield improvement, SPC tracking, audits, and standard work. The role analyzes production and laboratory data, maintains QMS documentation and inventory, assists with grade development and troubleshooting, validates process changes, and trains operators and supervisors on continuous improvement tools. It requires collaboration across production, laboratory, and engineering teams in office and manufacturing environments, with flexible hours and periodic on-call coverage.

Manage all project phases from conception to closeout for mill capital projects: plan, schedule, control budgets, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and document lessons learned.
