Provide professional hybrid financial advice by telephone on retirement, savings and investment products. Complete fact-finds, formulate need-based recommendations, prepare suitability reports, retain and grow client assets, meet Training & Competence requirements, and contribute to retail direct growth through client relationship building and internal referrals.

Support implementation of data governance frameworks across Pensions & Savings. Work with Data Owners, Stewards, and Risk to monitor data quality, track governance actions, maintain documentation, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support regulatory compliance and governance maturity. Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance processes and stakeholder reporting.

Own end-to-end payroll for pension, annuity and ARF customers, ensuring accurate, compliant payments and reporting. Resolve complex PAYE/Revenue queries, perform manual tax calculations, reconcile with Finance, drive process improvements, support projects and train stakeholders.

Provide middle-office support for derivatives and public market fixed income trading, managing post-trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate derivative data in internal systems, coordinating with front office and third-party providers (including BlackRock Aladdin), supporting onboarding, regulatory compliance, risk/control processes, and driving process improvements and integrations for acquisitions and new business lines.
