Provide independent risk oversight, embed and maintain ERM and compliance frameworks, assess and challenge risk exposures, advise the Board, manage regulatory relationships, lead Irish and German teams, and oversee recovery, stress testing, climate risk and ORSA responsibilities.

Support the BPA Business Team by onboarding deals into regulatory reporting, validating financial impacts, supporting scheme obligations (data cleanses, buy-outs), and improving processes/systems. Provide actuarial leadership and mentor analysts and trainees while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
