Lead and manage the end-to-end transition/onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) schemes, acting as main client contact. Own project plans, liaise with trustees, administrators and outsourced partners, oversee data cleanse activity, identify and mitigate risks, produce MI and contractual documents, and support the team through to buy-out.

Lead a specialist BPA data team to manage end-to-end pension scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transitions. Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliations, benefit specification oversight, governance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder integration, third-party data management, and drive automation and continuous improvement to support successful scheme migrations.

Lead European Risk & Compliance for Standard Life International dac. Provide independent risk oversight, embed and maintain ERM and compliance frameworks, assess and challenge risk exposures, advise the Board, manage regulatory relationships, lead Irish and German teams, and oversee recovery, stress testing, climate risk and ORSA responsibilities.
