Lead and scale Phoenix’s full-funnel user acquisition across paid and organic channels. Set paid media strategy and budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS/LTV, oversee SEO/AEO and partnerships, build and manage the acquisition team, define analytics/reporting frameworks, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable growth.

Lead end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration for core patient experiences. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, clinical and operations, using data and user insights to improve outcomes, operational scalability, and business metrics. Apply Shape Up and JTBD frameworks and identify AI opportunities to enhance patient and internal workflows.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to drive retention, CLV, and engagement. Build and optimize multi-channel (email/SMS) campaigns and automated workflows in Klaviyo, segment customers, run A/B tests, create dashboards for retention/churn/CLV, reduce friction across the customer journey, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success to scale personalized, data-driven campaigns.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will work closely with the co-founders to develop telehealth features, focusing on user-friendly software that's reliable and robust. They'll participate in code testing, deployment, and feature design within a collaborative office environment.

The Creative Strategist will drive growth by conducting media analysis, developing creative tests, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
