The Creative Strategist will drive growth by conducting media analysis, developing creative tests, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.

Build and scale consumer-facing frontend experiences for patient sign-up, care flows, and account management across web and mobile platforms. Own frontend architecture and feature development from concept through production, ensure cross-browser and device compatibility, write clean and well-tested React code, and collaborate on feature design, architecture, and delivery in an on-site product and engineering environment.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to drive retention, CLV, and engagement. Build and optimize multi-channel (email/SMS) campaigns and automated workflows in Klaviyo, segment customers, run A/B tests, create dashboards for retention/churn/CLV, reduce friction across the customer journey, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success to scale personalized, data-driven campaigns.
