Performs CT scans and interventional CT procedures under physician supervision, administers IV contrast, follows protocols and ALARA radiation safety, completes QA and documentation, maintains equipment, provides patient care across all ages, and collaborates with staff to ensure high-quality imaging.

Provide education and support to people with dementia and their caregivers, assess psychosocial and caregiver needs, coordinate access to resources, deliver counseling and care planning, document care, participate in multidisciplinary planning, and connect families to alternatives when needed.

Coordinate denial and appeal processes with care management and Business Office, meet timelines and goals, track outcomes, perform analytics and application support for revenue cycle, oversee billing, follow-up, denials, and denial recovery, and maintain required certifications.
