Leads demand, supply, production, and inventory planning for an automotive manufacturing site. Translates customer demand into achievable production schedules, coordinates S&OP, monitors capacity and bottlenecks, manages inventory accuracy, and mitigates delivery risks. The role maintains SAP planning data, supports product launches, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates across manufacturing, operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams.

Analyzes pricing, customer and product profitability, market conditions, competitive activity, and business performance across North America. Develops pricing recommendations, simulations, elasticity analyses, dashboards, and margin improvement opportunities. Executes approved pricing actions in Pricefx and SAP S/4HANA, manages discounts and agreements, resolves discrepancies, supports process improvements, and partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and IT.

Manages plant finance processes, including financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, SOX compliance, divisional requirements, and asset protection. Provides financial information to external departments and ensures accurate, timely execution of Finance activities. Requires a finance degree or public accounting qualification, five years of experience, SAP knowledge, and fluent English.
