A rotational early-career engineering program with six-month rotations across Technical Sales, Quality, Application, Product, and Design Engineering. Participants run improvement projects, analyze data, support cross-functional initiatives, prepare technical reports, apply quality/problem-solving tools, and present progress to leadership while developing product, manufacturing, and market knowledge.

Lead global talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives: harmonize TA and talent management practices, analyze HR data, improve engagement and performance management, support sourcing and candidate experience, and lead global HR projects to enhance development, retention, and inclusion.

The Business Development Manager will enhance customer relationships, develop strategies to acquire new clients, and drive revenue and market growth. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, implementing process improvements, and managing key performance indicators.
