Sets up production equipment, performs series changes, operates production and inspection systems, and ensures safety, quality, volume, delivery, and cost targets. Conducts production checks, rework, documentation, inventories, and level 1–2 preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnoses equipment issues, supports higher-level maintenance, participates in continuous improvement, trains colleagues, organizes operators, and communicates nonconformities and shift instructions.

Develops and validates automotive products for global aftermarket and original-equipment markets. Responsibilities include analyzing and executing product tests, monitoring product quality, preparing origin declarations, defining technical specifications, coordinating with multifunctional teams, supporting customer service technicians, delivering technical training, and supporting external audits. Requires an engineering degree, experience in manufacturing, application, or quality engineering, expertise in fuel injection and engine management systems, and advanced English.

Operate production lines in a manufacturing environment. The role requires completion of secondary education and availability to work three shifts.
