Conducts direct-material purchasing, RFQs, supplier selection and development, commercial negotiations, sourcing analysis, cost-reduction initiatives, contract maintenance, and supply continuity support. Collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, suppliers, and global teams on new product launches, supplier capacity, pricing, quality, delivery, and business-case decisions.

Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, prepares monthly reconciliations, monitors and improves accounts receivable aging, and supports finance projects and process improvements. The role uses advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Python for analysis and reporting. It requires analytical problem-solving, communication, teamwork, English fluency, and familiarity with accounting, finance, customer service, and financial consolidation reporting systems.

Assists with planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, resource management, validation, and delivery of traditional and hybrid projects. Coordinates follow-up meetings, action plans, multifunctional teams, project samples, and updates in MS Project Online and PDP documentation. Requires an engineering or technology degree, project management tool experience, organizational and analytical skills, intermediate English, and basic Spanish.
