Interface with auditors and external advisors, support indirect tax matters, drive process improvements and automation.

Manage end-to-end payroll inputs and compliance for the İzmir plant, lead payroll process improvements and HRIS enhancements, perform compensation and benefits analysis and budgeting, ensure statutory filings and labor law compliance, support audits (SOX/IATF), manage employee data privacy (KVKK), and provide operational support for industrial relations and reporting to stakeholders.

Lead and manage an IT team supporting MCAD and engineering simulation tools. Oversee tool administration, user support, training, vendor relationships, and optimization of MCAD/CAE workflows while partnering with IT and engineering stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient tool usage.
