Leads Philz’s enterprise brand strategy and Brand and Creative organization during a period of growth. Owns positioning, customer insights, integrated campaigns, creative vision, media, communications, partnerships, retail and omnichannel activation, new-market launches, and brand measurement. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to connect brand investment to customer acquisition, store traffic, sales, and market expansion while protecting brand consistency and identity. Manages teams, agencies, budgets, processes, and strategic priorities.

Coordinates marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, email, public relations, and paid advertising channels. Supports photoshoots, events, store openings, consumer tests, campaign communications, asset logistics, vendor coordination, calendars, inventories, invoices, and performance reporting. The role tracks deadlines, maintains marketing materials, communicates with stakeholders, and provides administrative and on-site support for marketing activities.

Provides help desk and technical support for corporate, retail, and roasting plant teams. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, account access, peripherals, and CrunchTime systems; manages tickets, user permissions, configurations, escalations, documentation, testing, and vendor coordination. Supports system implementations, store openings, maintenance, training, and continuous improvement. The role includes early-morning Thursday–Monday scheduling, after-hours support, on-call rotation, and occasional travel to company locations.

Lead month-end and quarter-end close for assigned areas, prepare and review complex journal entries, oversee store-level revenue and COGS, support audits and SOX control execution, research technical accounting issues, implement process improvements, and train/develop staff.

Prepare journal entries, lead month-end close, reconcile balance sheet and store revenue, support inventory and COGS accounting, assist financial reporting and audits, improve controls and processes, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and system integrations for mobile and ecommerce platforms. Own database architecture, APIs, and data models; write production-ready code in Python, Ruby, and PHP; collaborate in Agile teams and evaluate new technologies.
