Manage day-to-day recruiting operations, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, pre-employment steps, and recruiting records. Recruit high-volume and entry-level candidates, especially Baristas, by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, documenting feedback, coordinating hiring events, and supporting candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Coordinates marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, email, public relations, and paid advertising channels. Supports photoshoots, events, store openings, consumer tests, campaign communications, asset logistics, vendor coordination, calendars, inventories, invoices, and performance reporting. The role tracks deadlines, maintains marketing materials, communicates with stakeholders, and provides administrative and on-site support for marketing activities.

Develop and test scalable front-end features, backend services, and integrations for mobile and ecommerce platforms. Maintain production-ready code, databases, and data models while translating business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment, participate in sprint ceremonies, and independently manage development tasks.
