Maintains cleanliness, safety, and order across multiple facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, warehouses, floors, windows, and waste areas. Collects and sorts recycling and trash, shreds cardboard, supports events, operates pallet jacks and non-forklift utility carts, and reports maintenance needs. Provides courteous service to staff, volunteers, customers, and agency personnel while meeting safety, productivity, and physical-work requirements.

Supports Development Services through constituent database maintenance, gift entry, donor communications, fundraising event assistance, document processing, inventory monitoring, and auditor data requests. The role handles donor inquiries, updates records, processes specialized gift requests, supports seasonal fundraising activities, and helps improve gift-processing procedures. It requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, administrative ability, and proficiency with Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Manage a portfolio of community partnership projects: onboard partners, collect and analyze partner data, ensure compliance, streamline processes, lead trainings/meetings, coordinate cross-departmentally, and support community engagement and program rollout.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for data and reporting systems: monitor SSIS/SQL jobs, troubleshoot Power BI refreshes and DAX, perform data quality checks, write ad hoc SQL, document database objects, support Power Platform and API integrations, train users, and assist with process improvements.

Manage job placement, employer outreach, and career services for culinary trainees. Deliver life-skills and job-readiness training, support job search and externships, track employment outcomes, coach for retention, and cultivate employer partnerships to secure and maintain graduate employment.
