Leads external events from booking through closeout, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, internal teams, communications, attendee experiences, and event feedback. Partners with Development, Communications, Community Kitchen, Transportation, and external organizations to deliver fundraising, donor, community, and press events aligned with the Philabundance brand. Requires independent judgment, public speaking, negotiation, travel, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Manage a portfolio of individual donors, cultivating relationships and soliciting gifts to grow operating and capital revenue. Develop donor strategies, apply moves management, identify major-gift prospects, pursue multi-year commitments, track activity metrics, and collaborate on proposals, presentations, events, and organizational philanthropy initiatives. The role requires consistent goal achievement, strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and adaptability in a nonprofit fundraising environment.

Manages major and leadership donor portfolios by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects. Develops customized moves-management plans, secures multi-year gifts, tracks giving trends, and meets fundraising activity and revenue goals. Collaborates across the development team, supports donor events, guides proposals and presentations, and helps strengthen organizational philanthropy. Requires database management, networking, public speaking, communication, and occasional extended-hours availability, with at least 25% travel.

Maintains cleanliness, safety, and order across multiple facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, warehouses, floors, windows, and waste areas. Collects and sorts recycling and trash, shreds cardboard, supports events, operates pallet jacks and non-forklift utility carts, and reports maintenance needs. Provides courteous service to staff, volunteers, customers, and agency personnel while meeting safety, productivity, and physical-work requirements.

Supports Development Services through constituent database maintenance, gift entry, donor communications, fundraising event assistance, document processing, inventory monitoring, and auditor data requests. The role handles donor inquiries, updates records, processes specialized gift requests, supports seasonal fundraising activities, and helps improve gift-processing procedures. It requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, administrative ability, and proficiency with Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
