Advises dealership customers on vehicle platforms, options, powertrains, features, and benefits. Greets customers, maintains product and inventory knowledge, tracks market conditions and incentives, supports appraisals, records customer information, attends sales meetings and events, and contacts service-drive customers for test-drive opportunities. Requires strong communication, professionalism, flexible availability, a clean driving record, and willingness to complete background and drug screening.

Makes inbound and outbound dealership calls, schedules sales appointments, routes customer inquiries, and supports sales professionals. Builds customer relationships, provides guidance, delivers strong customer service, meets monthly targets, and collaborates with dealership teams. Prior BDC or customer relations experience is preferred but not required, with paid training provided.
