Leads a national major gifts program, directing Development Officers and expanding donor pipelines for major, leadership, and mega gifts. Oversees prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, fundraising strategy, grant and foundation appeals, donor research, CRM and Power BI practices, budgeting, reporting, and team development. Maintains a personal portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, collaborates with organizational leaders and volunteers, supports fundraising events, and advances corporate, foundation, government, and individual funding opportunities.

Provides wildlife habitat conservation services across northeast Montana. Works with farmers, ranchers, NRCS, Pheasants Forever, and other partners to develop conservation plans, complete program documentation, conduct site visits and wildlife assessments, and enroll landowners in Farm Bill and related conservation programs. The role requires wildlife ecology knowledge, GIS skills, independent fieldwork, partner coordination, landowner communication, and eligibility for USDA federal security clearance.

Conduct wildlife habitat management on private and public lands, including prescribed burning, invasive species control, native grass and forb establishment, timber stand improvement, herbicide application, and equipment operation. Provide technical assistance to landowners, support procurement and grant reporting, serve on burn crews, and accurately document activities. The role requires physical fieldwork, occasional travel or odd hours, communication with partners, and successful completion of an annual pack test.

Coordinates Arkansas prescribed burn associations by providing prescribed fire training, organizing outreach, tracking burn acreage and equipment, supporting landowners and partners, and participating in prescribed burns. The role leads education, reporting, equipment distribution, communications, meetings, and statewide program development. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience, prescribed fire certifications, field expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ArcGIS Pro.

Provides conservation planning and technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, and landowners through USDA NRCS programs. Duties include collecting resource data, developing wildlife habitat and conservation plans, completing program documentation, conducting site visits, applying GIS tools, coordinating habitat projects, and supporting outreach with agencies and conservation partners. The role requires knowledge of Great Basin wildlife and range ecology, strong communication skills, independent work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain USDA security clearance and conservation planner certification.

Provides wildlife habitat technical assistance to private landowners, agencies, and conservation partners. Develops conservation plans, applications, contracts, environmental evaluations, and habitat management recommendations for USDA Farm Bill and related programs. Conducts site visits, monitors habitat establishment and health, coordinates restoration activities, identifies funding opportunities, and supports conservation program enrollment across agricultural and rangeland landscapes.
