Teams at Pheasants Forever, Inc.

Produces documentary, educational, branded, event, and social media video content supporting conservation, marketing, fundraising, and engagement goals. Manages projects from concept through delivery, including scripting, interviews, field production, editing, asset management, and platform-specific publishing. Operates cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones in varied environments; coordinates vendors, travel, budgets, schedules, and approvals. Regular travel, extended field assignments, evenings, weekends, and outdoor work are required.

Leads membership, annual giving, and development operations for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever. Oversees gift processing, stewardship, supporter services, data standards, reporting, fundraising technology, and operational accountability. Develops membership acquisition and retention strategies, annual and recurring giving programs, and donor engagement initiatives. Advises senior leadership, manages budgets and revenue goals, leads the operations team, supports campaigns, and coordinates cross-functional development practices and training.

Leads the organization’s planned giving program by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors making bequests, trusts, annuities, beneficiary designations, and other complex gifts. Manages a portfolio of prospects and legacy donors, partners with development staff, creates educational and marketing materials, oversees gift documentation and reporting, and supports complex gift administration. Serves as a gift-planning subject-matter expert while representing the organization at events and maintaining knowledge of tax law and estate-planning practices.
