Coordinates and oversees daily gift processing for membership and annual giving programs. Processes donations, pledges, recurring gifts, employer matches, DAF grants, QCDs, and other contributions in CRM and third-party systems. Manages ACH deposits, receipting, tax-deductibility compliance, documentation, controls, reporting, system testing, and workflow improvements. Collaborates across Development, Finance, IT, and external processing partners while resolving donor inquiries and supporting campaign readiness.

The Habitat Specialist will implement prescribed fire and habitat management, conduct wildlife surveys, procure supplies, and assist with training, focusing on habitat improvement.

Serve as the organization's regional face in South Dakota by supporting and growing local chapters, leading fundraising and membership efforts, launching and reinvigorating chapters, coordinating donor cultivation, organizing regional meetings, and collaborating across departments to deliver conservation outreach and volunteer engagement.
