Performs electrical engineering and design for medium- and high-voltage air-insulated and gas-insulated substations from 4kV to 550kV. Responsibilities include grounding studies, equipment selection, auxiliary power design, cable calculations, relay drawings, lighting and lightning protection, CAD drafting, vendor document reviews, bills of materials, quality control, and project schedule support while applying IEEE, NESC, CEC, and NEC standards.
