Lead and improve the company-wide HSE program across Canada and the US. Develop safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee audits/inspections, manage incident investigations and corrective actions, mentor safety staff, support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs, and drive safety training, contractor compliance, and continuous improvement in project execution.

Support project financial controls by setting up projects in JDE from Project Pulse, managing AP/AR, tracking POs, performing variance and trend analysis, maintaining change logs, and coordinating with PMs to ensure accurate budgeting and invoicing.

Lead design and delivery of outdoor high-voltage substation engineering packages (25kV–240kV), perform studies (grounding, insulation coordination, AC/DC loads), prepare specifications and bills of materials, review vendor documentation, support construction/commissioning, interface across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining engineering standards.

Manage and maintain HSE policies, records, and safety systems; lead incident investigations and claims management; support project and field safety through hazard assessments, inspections, and site documentation; assign and track training and compliance via safety management systems; support audits, contractor prequalification platforms, and safety reporting to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Develop, baseline, and maintain CPM schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) for assigned EPC projects; resource-load schedules and aggregate portfolio demand; perform updates, variance analyses, look-aheads, and TIAs; support earned value integration and PMO capacity planning; mentor Project Controllers and contribute to scheduling standards and file management.

Identify and pursue business opportunities across energy infrastructure, cultivate client relationships, develop proposals and marketing collateral, coordinate cross-functional proposal efforts, monitor market and competitor activity, maintain CRM records, and report pipeline and market insights to leadership.
