Lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction and transmission-related projects from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, resources, costs, change orders, risks, quality, and safety while coordinating clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure timely, on-budget delivery, mentor project staff, and support strong stakeholder relationships. Travel to project sites and client locations is required.

Lead design and delivery of outdoor high-voltage substation engineering packages (25kV–240kV), perform studies (grounding, insulation coordination, AC/DC loads), prepare specifications and bills of materials, review vendor documentation, support construction/commissioning, interface across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining engineering standards.

Support engineers to produce substation drawings and documentation, perform engineering calculations and electrical studies, apply engineering software for relay coordination and ground grid design, conduct site visits, and write reports and engineering documents.
