Manage HR administration and employee records; coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding and job fairs; respond to HR inquiries; process terminations and employment letters; support HR programs and policy implementation; provide basic HR advice and collaborate with HR teams across Canada. Role may require travel across North America.

Support engineers to produce substation drawings and documentation, perform engineering calculations and electrical studies, apply engineering software for relay coordination and ground grid design, conduct site visits, and write reports and engineering documents.

Design and configure SCADA systems for substations (data concentrators, RTUs, HMIs, switches), ensure compliance with client standards, and support on-site commissioning and testing.

Support project accounting and controls by setting up projects in JDE aligned to Project Pulse, managing AP/AR and POs, preparing invoices, performing variance and trend analysis, tracking change management, and escalating budget issues to project managers.

Lead design and delivery of outdoor high-voltage substation engineering packages (25kV–240kV), perform studies (grounding, insulation coordination, AC/DC loads), prepare specifications and bills of materials, review vendor documentation, support construction/commissioning, interface across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining engineering standards.

Manage and maintain HSE policies, records, and safety systems; lead incident investigations and claims management; support project and field safety through hazard assessments, inspections, and site documentation; assign and track training and compliance via safety management systems; support audits, contractor prequalification platforms, and safety reporting to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Develop, baseline, and maintain CPM schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) for assigned EPC projects; resource-load schedules and aggregate portfolio demand; perform updates, variance analyses, look-aheads, and TIAs; support earned value integration and PMO capacity planning; mentor Project Controllers and contribute to scheduling standards and file management.

Identify and pursue business opportunities across energy infrastructure, cultivate client relationships, develop proposals and marketing collateral, coordinate cross-functional proposal efforts, monitor market and competitor activity, maintain CRM records, and report pipeline and market insights to leadership.
