Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, prepare employment documentation, maintain confidential records, respond to HR inquiries, support HR programs, and represent the company at recruitment events. The role also partners with hiring managers on workforce needs and recruitment strategies while supporting engineering and infrastructure projects across North America.

Lead design and delivery of outdoor high-voltage substation engineering packages (25kV–240kV), perform studies (grounding, insulation coordination, AC/DC loads), prepare specifications and bills of materials, review vendor documentation, support construction/commissioning, interface across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining engineering standards.
