Execute high-volume outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to set discovery calls, perform initial screenings, maintain Zoho CRM activity, support pipeline movement to qualified opportunities, prepare briefing docs, and coordinate pre-sales handoffs. Role focuses on appointment setting and client engagement for life sciences consulting in a fast-paced, phone-first environment.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, proposal and presentation preparation, CRM and SharePoint administration, process and SOP documentation, project coordination, and occasional invoicing support. Work closely with leadership to streamline workflows and maintain organized operational records during company growth.

Provide expert consultation on bioequivalence studies, review protocols, oversee study designs, conduct analyses, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and execution of bioequivalence programs.
