Owns highly available AWS and EKS platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, reliability engineering, and security operations. The role designs resilient cloud environments, manages Kubernetes and Docker workloads, automates delivery and operations, leads major-incident response, establishes SLOs, and coordinates vulnerability remediation. It also mentors engineers and improves production readiness, disaster recovery, and operational efficiency.

Support day-to-day optichannel program execution for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, lead project coordination, manage timelines and vendors, produce performance reports and analytics, contribute to strategy with cross-functional teams, and support growth and process improvements.

Own strategy, execution, and optimization for paid search, paid social, and SEO across HCP and consumer audiences. Lead a small digital team, ensure pharma-compliant campaigns, run technical SEO and A/B tests, manage budgets and bidding, and deliver reporting and performance insights to stakeholders.

Develop and operationalize machine learning and generative AI models, perform statistical analysis, process structured and unstructured data, and improve data reliability and scalability. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and identify data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include data modeling, scripting, model validation, and implementing improvements to data quality and efficiency.
