Develop strategic media plans, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, deliver reports and recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction while applying AI/ML-informed engagement and CRM platform capabilities.

Support day-to-day optichannel program execution for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, lead project coordination, manage timelines and vendors, produce performance reports and analytics, contribute to strategy with cross-functional teams, and support growth and process improvements.

Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources; build and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards; run SQL queries and Python scripts for automation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret trends and communicate insights; create documentation and improve reporting processes.
