Oversee daily pharmacy operations in rural clinics: ensure regulatory compliance, verify prescriptions, manage inventory and controlled substances, supervise pharmacy staff, provide clinical services (counseling, immunizations, medication therapy management), collaborate with clinicians, maintain documentation, and drive quality and operational improvements.

Support day-to-day accounting for multi-site pharmacy and clinic operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, location-level financial reporting, cash tracking, and process improvements. Work with finance team on acquisitions, new site launches, and improving controls and close timelines.

Regional Operations Manager owning P&L and operational performance for multiple pharmacies. Travel frequently, partner with Pharmacists in Charge, drive revenue, profitability, workflow efficiency, inventory and patient experience, lead business reviews, resolve site issues, and support cross-functional integration and scaling.
