Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, audit readiness, internal controls, AP, AR, inventory accounting, and ERP implementation. Manages finance staff, improves and automates processes, ensures US GAAP compliance, partners with warehouse and operations teams, and builds scalable accounting infrastructure for a growing pharmacy distribution business. The role is fully on-site in Davie, Florida and requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional training, and operational process improvement.

Owns full-cycle accounts payable, purchase orders, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and AP accruals. Supports revenue recognition, accounts receivable, month-end close, inventory accounting, margin analysis, and general ledger reconciliations. Uses NetSuite and advanced Excel to automate reporting, strengthen controls, and improve processes. Partners with warehouse, procurement, operations, sales, and finance teams in a fully onsite environment.

Provides on-site desktop and end-user IT support across two Florida locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and user accounts; onboarding and offboarding employees; deploying and tracking equipment; managing inventory and support tickets; prioritizing and escalating requests; and documenting resolutions. The role requires two or more years of IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, strong communication skills, equipment-handling ability, and travel between locations as needed.
