Lead creation of a Business Operations & Performance function connecting sales, delivery, finance, and workforce planning. Build forecasting, KPI frameworks, reporting, pipeline-to-capacity planning, utilization and profitability analysis, and operating rhythms. Partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions, improve forecast accuracy, resource allocation, and organizational scalability while establishing governance, performance management, and continuous improvement processes.

Leads the strategy, governance, and delivery of a portfolio of PBM client implementations. Oversees implementation teams, resource planning, client relationships, cross-functional coordination, vendor performance, reporting, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Establishes scalable methodologies, performance metrics, and operational standards while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Develops team capabilities, manages executive escalations, and aligns implementation activities with organizational growth and client requirements.
