Lead and build the account management function to drive revenue growth and retention for medical group and network clients. Manage a portfolio of priority accounts, oversee onboarding, resolve escalations, partner on renewals/upsells, build scalable playbooks and QBR frameworks, coach and grow a team of Account Managers, and collaborate with Product, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing to surface feedback and improve client outcomes.

Partner with the CMO to drive strategic initiatives, business development, executive and client engagement, and cross-functional coordination. Develop executive materials, track pipeline and commitments, conduct market research, and maintain dashboards and reporting to support revenue growth, client success, and market expansion.

The BDR Pipeline Generation Specialist is responsible for converting marketing leads into sales meetings, managing lead pipelines, conducting outreach, and collaborating with the marketing team for campaign optimization.

Support building and validating dashboards, reports, and metrics using Looker and spreadsheets. Perform QA on data, document metric definitions, create training/self-service resources, and collaborate with analytics and engineering teams while handling HIPAA-minded healthcare data.
