The Director will advise executives and people leaders while building leadership development, learning, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change-management programs. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, developing HRBP frameworks, supporting workforce planning and organizational design, guiding succession and talent decisions, using people data to identify risks, and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve culture, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.

Own the end-to-end monthly revenue cycle for healthcare clients, including billing data preparation, compliance validation, charge file generation, quality assurance, claim submission, reconciliation, and denial resolution. Advise CFOs and revenue cycle leaders on Medicare care management reimbursement, lead financial reviews, optimize claim yield, and translate billing workflows into product enhancements. Partner with clients, RCM teams, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve reimbursement performance and support account expansion.

Partner with the CMO to drive strategic initiatives, business development, executive and client engagement, and cross-functional coordination. Develop executive materials, track pipeline and commitments, conduct market research, and maintain dashboards and reporting to support revenue growth, client success, and market expansion.
