Provide specialized instruction and accommodations for K-5 students with disabilities. Develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans, assess student needs, create individualized lesson plans, track progress with data-driven assessments, and collaborate with classroom teachers and families to support scholar growth.

Designs and delivers standards-aligned EMS instruction to high-school learners across classroom, skills-lab, clinical, and field settings; prepares students for industry certifications and work-based learning; writes and administers assessments; supervises hands-on practice and clinical experiences; tracks attendance and records; mentors students and coordinates with staff and external providers.

Teach elementary students at PLA @ Davis Elementary by planning and delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction; set ambitious achievement goals; track data, assess mastery, intervene to support scholar growth; build caring relationships with scholars and families; participate in professional development and school community activities.

Teach elementary scholars at Nixon Elementary, deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in ELA and Math, set and track ambitious growth goals, use data to drive instruction and interventions, build strong relationships with students and families, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Teach ELA to middle-school scholars at Bellingrath Middle School, plan and deliver rigorous standards-aligned instruction, track and analyze student data, set ambitious growth goals, and support scholar social-emotional development to improve academic outcomes.

Lead design and launch of career readiness and life-skills programs in Kanawha County; coach and mentor participants, coordinate partners and employers, manage data and reporting, and build community relationships to support workforce placement and recovery-informed supports.
