SkillBridge interns receive hands-on training in Nutanix infrastructure, virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, and data center technologies. Responsibilities include participating in labs, assisting with infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, hardware installation, and customer projects while shadowing experienced engineers. The program includes mentorship, certification preparation, and potential future opportunities in infrastructure support, cloud consulting, data center operations, and implementation services.

Install, deploy, and support HPC infrastructure in customer data centers nationwide. Rack, stack, cable, configure, and troubleshoot servers, storage, networking, and GPU/HPC clusters. Perform Linux system administration, power and cabling work, hardware diagnostics and replacement, post-install testing, backups, and documentation. Operate material handling equipment, follow safety guidelines, and work independently at secure government/customer sites.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for secure Google Cloud and enterprise AI (Gemini) deployments for federal clients. Drive migration, compliance (FedRAMP, DoD, NIST), ATO efforts, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, and mentor engineering teams across full project lifecycles.
