Leads company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Oversees FP&A staff, ensures analytical quality and model integrity, improves processes and systems, and mentors team members.

Manages working-level relationships with California commercial health plans and delegated IPA/MSO contacts. Uses consultative sales, account planning, stakeholder mapping, payer education, and CRM tracking to increase qualified referrals for stroke, traumatic brain injury, and complex neurological cases. Identifies and coordinates resolution of authorization, network, provider directory, claims, and referral barriers while connecting payer stakeholders with CNS teams. Reports market intelligence and payer trends to senior leadership.

Develops medical referral relationships for brain injury rehabilitation services through outreach to physicians, insurers, case managers, discharge planners, patients, and families. Conducts referral calls, provides in-service training, represents CNS at conferences and trade shows, monitors competitors, updates marketing databases, and supports sales and marketing goals. Requires extensive regional travel, safe driving, organization, communication, and occasional weekend work.

Conduct neuroscience research related to traumatic brain injury and stroke, including participant recruitment, consent documentation, data collection, quality control, protocol compliance, data entry, graphical data presentation, and literature reviews. Maintain research databases and libraries, collaborate with staff and research partners, support patient programming knowledge, attend professional education, and travel to other programs or agencies as requested. Obtain and maintain Behavior Tools and Pro-Act certifications.

Manage company-wide human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation and performance documentation, turnover and wage reporting, and leadership meetings. The role supports clinic, business office, and residential operations, requires collaboration across locations, and is fully onsite with travel to Texas CNS facilities.

Assists licensed therapists with patient treatment programs across physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments. Supports transfers, therapeutic exercises, daily living activities, documentation, chart management, clerical tasks, phone coverage, and patient appointments. Requires safe handling of patients and equipment up to 150 pounds, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in clinic, community, and residential settings.
