Manages technology risk and governance programs, including regulatory responses, control gap analyses, audits, client and third-party security assessments, records management, and risk remediation. Partners with technology, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to align controls with regulatory requirements, assess IT operational and third-party risks, support SOC and SOX activities, and improve enterprise risk management practices.

Provides daily middle-office and operational support for securities lending, including loan execution, returns, recalls, restructures, settlements, collateralized lending, and exception resolution. Coordinates with traders, brokers, custodians, technology partners, and operations teams to manage risks, settlement breaks, and operational issues. Analyzes activity and metrics, supports reporting and process improvements, identifies automation opportunities, and maintains controls for fixed-income securities lending activity.

Execute and coordinate Workday HCM mass data loads, validate HR and compensation data, troubleshoot errors, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, document procedures, and improve recurring data processes. The role requires strong Excel and data management skills, attention to detail, issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
