Provide reporting, ad-hoc analysis, guidance on pay structures, and support global Total Rewards initiatives.

Manage compensation processes and people analytics for assigned PGIM areas: develop headcount and compensation reporting, forecasting and accruals, run year-end compensation cycles, maintain job architecture and market benchmarking, advise on pay transparency compliance, and provide day-to-day compensation consulting and ad-hoc analytics to People and Finance partners.

Research RMBS and mortgage whole loans, analyze collateral and deal structures, build scenario and cash-flow models, monitor portfolio holdings, assign internal credit ratings, evaluate relative value, support due diligence and transaction execution, engage market participants, and prepare internal and client-facing presentations.
