Partners with product, design, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into accessible, high-performing solutions while providing technical leadership and documentation.

Leads recruiting analytics strategy for Prudential Advisors by developing performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and executive reporting. Analyzes advisor acquisition, recruiting productivity, market opportunities, retention, ROI, and growth trends. Provides data-driven recommendations on recruiting investments, resource allocation, recruiter deployment, and strategic planning. Partners with Recruiting, Finance, Technology, Operations, and leadership teams to improve data governance, reporting infrastructure, and decision-making.
