Supports accounting implementation for new business initiatives by creating STAT and GAAP accounting examples, coordinating system changes, testing transactions and reports, monitoring controls, resolving policyholder accounting issues, updating documentation, and supporting audits. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Actuarial, Corporate Controllers, technology teams, and external partners. It is a hybrid position requiring recurring onsite work in Newark.

Support client reporting deliverables for direct lending private credit funds, including portfolio reports, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and responses to ad hoc client inquiries. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery, collaborate with internal teams and service providers, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, manage deadline risks, and maintain awareness of industry and market trends.

Supports standard and custom client reporting for global investment clients, focusing on process improvements, automation, data requests, reporting materials, questionnaires, and issue resolution. Partners with technology and internal stakeholders to improve reporting deliverables, reduce manual effort, manage projects, mitigate deadline risks, and maintain relationships with service providers. Requires asset management experience, knowledge of direct lending private credit funds, SQL, database structures, and reporting systems.
