Performs hands-on testing of building product samples, including sample receipt and preparation, protocol-based testing, data documentation, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, time tracking, and laboratory safety. Maintains organized records and a clean work environment while following SOPs, work orders, testing procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Collaborates with technical staff and supports additional laboratory projects as needed.

Supports daily appliance laboratory operations, completes laboratory and administrative tasks, assists with appliance testing, maintains organization and accuracy, communicates with team members and customers, and performs physical duties including chopping firewood and lifting up to 50 pounds.

The Senior Accountant manages daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, reconciliations, journal entries, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The role supports month-end and year-end close, audits, regulatory filings, internal controls, forecasting, and process improvements. It also provides oversight to the Billing and Accounts Receivable Clerk and partners with leadership and operational teams.
