Lead coordination of architectural projects from construction documents through bidding and construction. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs/ASIs/COs, site visits, QA/QC, client relationships, and stakeholder meetings. Support business development, coach junior staff, ensure code compliance, and use tools (Revit, Vantagepoint, Bluebeam, MS Office) to track project performance and profitability.

Lead firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows; administer Revit and cloud collaboration platforms; develop and deliver BIM training and onboarding; provide real-time support and troubleshooting; maintain content libraries and templates; partner with leadership and vendors to refine systems and implement design-technology improvements.

The Proposal Specialist leads proposal development initiatives, ensuring high-quality RFQs, marketing materials, and strategic content to elevate company competitiveness and client engagement.

The Senior Project Designer leads design projects, overseeing conceptualization and development, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring designs meet client and firm principles.
