Leads architectural projects from construction documents through bidding and construction, managing schedules, budgets, contracts, consultants, contractors, client relationships, RFIs, change orders, site visits, quality control, and project communications. Supports business development, coordinates stakeholder meetings, monitors construction compliance and design integrity, and mentors junior staff. The role requires a professional architecture degree, Texas architectural licensure, substantial architectural project management experience, and proficiency with Revit.

Lead coordination of architectural projects from construction documents through bidding and construction. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs/ASIs/COs, site visits, QA/QC, client relationships, and stakeholder meetings. Support business development, coach junior staff, ensure code compliance, and use tools (Revit, Vantagepoint, Bluebeam, MS Office) to track project performance and profitability.

Lead firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows; administer Revit and cloud collaboration platforms; develop and deliver BIM training and onboarding; provide real-time support and troubleshooting; maintain content libraries and templates; partner with leadership and vendors to refine systems and implement design-technology improvements.
