Leads strategic customer consulting engagements for PEXA’s UK property transaction platform, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through implementation, go-live, and optimisation. Advises senior stakeholders across mortgage lending and conveyancing, develops transformation roadmaps and business cases, assures delivery quality, manages risks, drives continuous improvement, represents PEXA externally, and mentors colleagues or leads multidisciplinary teams.

The Senior Risk Analyst will manage technology risks by partnering with stakeholders, reviewing controls, analyzing data, supporting incident management, and improving risk governance processes.

The Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead will analyze data to forecast demand, manage workforce planning, and improve operational efficiency in Customer Operations, ensuring effective collaboration with multiple teams.

Lead the technical direction of the Azure estate, designing and operating resilient, secure cloud platforms. Build and automate infrastructure (Terraform/Bicep), manage AKS and cloud services, improve observability and DR, respond to incidents, optimize costs, and mentor a small cloud engineering team while collaborating across product, security and operations.
