Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Review legal documents, searches, enquiries, titles, lender requirements, and professional undertakings. Advise clients clearly, maintain accurate records, complete due diligence and AML checks, identify risks, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with colleagues and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.

Own and deliver the marketing strategy for PEXA Exchange, using customer insights and data to improve product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer experience. The role develops campaigns and launch plans, strengthens brand trust, coordinates stakeholders across multiple business functions, manages customer communications, and evaluates campaign performance. It also requires hands-on copywriting, asset development, channel execution, project management, and performance measurement.

Leads multiple engineering squads supporting property lodgement and financial settlement services. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, partnering with Product and Design, translating priorities into engineering plans, managing delivery risks and dependencies, improving system reliability and quality, reducing technical debt, supporting regulatory commitments, and advancing technology modernization while maintaining business-critical platform stability.

Plan and execute testing of technology and business process controls, assess design and operating effectiveness, gather and document evidence, identify gaps, and support remediation. Maintain audit-ready records for SOC 2 and other assurance activities, respond to evidence requests, analyze trends and recurring issues, and improve testing through automation, streamlined evidence collection, and emerging AI solutions.

Lead controls transformation across complex business processes by mapping workflows, identifying risks and control gaps, redesigning controls, enabling automation, improving monitoring, and translating regulatory obligations into practical processes. Partner with Product, Technology, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, process owners, control owners, Risk teams, and senior leaders to drive sustainable cross-functional change, improve controls testing and evidence capture, and establish transformation roadmaps.

The Consultant Conveyancer will manage their own caseload and clients, work remotely, and build their own network while benefiting from support from Amity Law.
