Build and operate the AWS platform supporting PEXA Go. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, monitoring and alerting, platform upgrades, incident response, security controls, resilience, and safe changes to live services. The role includes paid on-call support and close collaboration with software engineering, operations, product, security, and risk teams.

Define organisation-wide engineering strategy, architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps across multiple teams. Drive scalability, security, reliability, performance, and developer productivity improvements. Lead adoption of AI-assisted development and emerging technologies, while mentoring engineers and influencing senior stakeholders. Partner with Product, Design, and Business leaders to align technical outcomes with commercial priorities and represent the organisation externally.

Support employees and people leaders with HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, policy and benefits queries, documentation, HRIS updates, background checks, audits, and compliance tasks. Serve as a first point of contact through the PX inbox, coordinate with Payroll and Finance, resolve or escalate requests, and contribute to process improvements that enhance employee experience.
