Sell PetScreening's SaaS platform to multifamily, single-family rental, and manufactured housing customers. Prospect, demo, negotiate, close new business, expand existing accounts, manage full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth while meeting KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of property management clients to drive product adoption, compliance, engagement, retention, and revenue. Serve as primary client contact, conduct strategic reviews, coordinate onboarding/training, monitor dashboards, execute compliance improvement plans, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct onsite visits, and report on portfolio health and metrics.

Own and scale the email channel end-to-end: build strategy, execute campaigns and experiments in HubSpot, optimize lifecycle and segmentation, measure revenue impact, and report ROI to leadership.
