Leads enterprise FP&A for a global, multi-brand consumer products company, including annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, commercial finance, P&L analysis, PE and Board reporting, M&A support, cost management, working capital forecasting, and FP&A team development. Partners closely with executive leadership and ownership to support value creation and strategic decisions.

Leads U.S. and international accounts payable and accounts receivable teams while supporting general ledger and FP&A month-end close activities. Oversees financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, accounting research, variance analysis, audits, compliance, and process improvements. Manages and develops accounting staff, collaborates with leadership, and provides financial analysis and reporting expertise.

Supports the corporate risk management program by administering business licenses, preparing regulatory reports, managing contract intake and docketing, reviewing agreements, and tracking compliance schedules. Provides backup insurance claims processing and reporting, maintains property and lease schedules, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, protects confidential information, and identifies process improvements.
