Leads the digital customer support experience strategy, platforms, content, knowledge management, conversational AI, Voice of Customer programs, and journey optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Ecommerce, Brand, Digital, UX, and Customer Care to improve self-service adoption, customer satisfaction, contact deflection, and operational efficiency. Oversees roadmaps, analytics, technology vendors, cross-functional initiatives, and team development while delivering executive insights and measurable experience improvements.

Administers the corporate contract lifecycle management process, maintaining contract records, tracking deadlines, preparing summaries and notifications, reviewing terms, and escalating issues. Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes authorized contract documents, amendments, notices, and terminations. Supports risk management activities such as IP docketing and certificate of insurance tracking while ensuring signature authority, confidentiality, and compliance requirements are met.

Lead electrical design efforts for new consumer pet products: develop concepts, schematics, prototype PCBA builds, feasibility testing, documentation, patent disclosures, and support technology transfer and competitive analysis.
