The Senior HR Administrator manages HR functions including administration, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, policy review, and process improvement while supporting the HR team and Business Partners.

Provide executive PA support and day-to-day office administration: manage calendars, travel bookings, office systems, events, reporting, supplies, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Provide 1st/2nd-line production support for ETRM/trading systems (Openlink Endur, Amphora, Planlogic, CreditCube, MarketView). Log and manage incidents, run end-of-day processes, manage releases/DR failover, maintain documentation, and liaise with 3rd-line and vendors to ensure SLAs and system availability.

Support Commercial Risk through daily/periodic risk reporting and VAR processes, develop and validate quantitative models for valuation and risk of complex gas and power transactions, perform price time-series analysis, ensure risk data quality, improve risk systems and reporting, and collaborate with traders and stakeholders to operationalise models and deliver ad-hoc analyses.

Lead marketing, trading and business development for synthetic and natural rubber across international markets. Drive volumes, margins and market share; negotiate contracts; manage order execution, logistics, inventory and compliance; provide market intelligence; support hedging and paper trading; develop new customer channels; represent the company at industry events.

Lead trading, marketing and business development for aromatic petrochemicals across Europe, Africa and Turkey. Execute physical trades, negotiate contracts, manage orders, logistics, inventory and compliance (REACH). Identify arbitrage and hedging opportunities, build counterpart relationships, collaborate with global teams, and represent the company at industry events to drive volumes and profitability.

Build and run a physical and derivatives Aluminium trading desk: originate and execute trades across the value chain, manage supply chains and counterparties, develop hedging strategies, monitor market fundamentals and risks, deliver P&L growth, and provide strategic market analysis to senior management.

The Junior Metals Trader supports daily management of the copper trading book, trade execution, market analysis, and liaises with internal teams for trade operations.
