The Payroll Specialist will perform multi-state payroll processing, manage records for new hires, ensure compliance with tax laws, and respond to payroll inquiries. Responsibilities include auditing labor, reconciling commissions, and managing paycheck distribution, among other tasks.

Monitor and collect company receivables with emphasis on delinquent accounts. Analyze customer records, modify credit limits, resolve disputes, coordinate credit meetings, prepare reports, manage collections/legal referrals, process charge-offs and liens, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with Cat Financial to promote financing solutions.

Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound equipment and work tool logistics; interface with Service for pre-delivery customization; arrange demonstrations/deliveries; support inventory initiatives, regional forecasting, and backup invoicing tasks (reconciliations, attaching documents, quick sales). May operate lift trucks and vehicles; ensure shipping/receiving policy compliance.
