Administers HR programs and policies across HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, leave, workers’ compensation, safety, compensation, and compliance. Supports HR system data integrity, reporting, training, affirmative action administration, talent acquisition, interviews, offers, background checks, employee events, and manager support. The role also coordinates recruiting activities across branch locations and maintains accurate applicant and employee records.

Supports AWS and Mission Critical Team accounts by reviewing technical bid requirements, developing compliant product solutions, preparing project configurations and costs, and providing technical guidance to sales teams and customers. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, Caterpillar, manufacturers, vendors, and project managers. Conducts customer installation audits, supports product improvements, attends testing and customer meetings, and travels to customer sites and manufacturers up to 50% of the time.

Supports quality management across supplier facilities and customer job sites for complex power-system projects. Maintains quality documentation, develops best practices, audits suppliers, conducts equipment inspections and testing, manages issue logs and quality records, supports commissioning, and provides technical quality assistance to customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires collaboration with project stakeholders and travel up to 50% to job sites and supplier locations.
