Design and develop Persona's ML software stack for humanoid robots, applying ML to manipulation, navigation, locomotion, and perception. Build, test, and deploy models and data pipelines, monitor real-world performance, collaborate with partners and universities, and help grow the ML and autonomy teams.

As a Teleoperation Intern, you will develop immersive interfaces, optimize data pipelines, build front-end systems for AR devices, and ensure reliability of the humanoid robot fleet.

Support PCBA design and testing, cabling and grounding prototyping, embedded software development and validation, and produce technical documentation for humanoid robotics projects while collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support across macOS and Windows, handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning with MDM/RMM, assist endpoint security and inventory, support networking/A/V, maintain documentation, and execute on-site infrastructure tasks.

Develop and iterate reinforcement learning policies for dexterous grasping on high-DOF robotic hands. Build sim-to-real pipelines, design rewards and curricula, create MuJoCo/Isaac training environments, run and debug experiments on hardware, integrate tactile feedback, and benchmark grasp policies across varied objects and real-world conditions.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for humanoid robotics products. Drive market research, define KPIs, partner with engineering/design/data, manage product launches, engage customers and stakeholders, build and mentor a product team, and drive revenue through product innovation and go-to-market alignment.
