Bring up and characterize hardware, debug control issues with laboratory instrumentation, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, autonomy, motion-planning, and software teams. Document control architectures and tuning procedures while supporting reliable, safe robot performance.

Design and implement autonomy and behavior coordination algorithms for industrial humanoid robots. Integrate manipulation, locomotion, and perception capabilities; develop safe, reactive plan execution using classical control and learned policies; build data curation, synthetic data generation, behavior evaluation, benchmarking, and regression-testing pipelines. Integrates mechanical structures, sensors, actuators, instrumentation, and control software using tools such as Python, C/C++, and LabVIEW. Troubleshoots equipment on the manufacturing floor, defines repeatable test procedures, analyzes quality data, documents processes, and provides DFM/DFT feedback. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering to support reliable robot production and product scaling.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for humanoid robotics products.
