Supervises one crew on a high-speed bottling and packaging line, coordinating production schedules, assignments, changeovers, equipment performance, safety, quality, and shift handoffs. Directly manages 20–25 production employees, provides training and cross-training, addresses employee concerns, maintains production records, and enforces SQF, USDA, and HACCP standards. The role requires production troubleshooting, basic shift mathematics, regulatory documentation, and prior manufacturing experience.

Oversee daily HR operations for a manufacturing facility, including hourly workforce recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, wage and hour compliance, leave administration, safety training, performance management, HR reporting, and HRIS accuracy. Advise leaders on federal and Florida employment laws, support employee engagement, maintain documentation, and partner with payroll and plant leadership. The role requires regular on-site floor presence across multiple shifts.

Supports daily and weekly production scheduling for a 24/7 juice manufacturing operation. Maintains production schedules, work orders, inventory transactions, and reports in NetSuite; coordinates material readiness and inventory reconciliation; communicates schedule changes across production, warehouse, QA, maintenance, sanitation, and planning teams; tracks schedule adherence, downtime, and output; and assists with operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise the QA department and staff in a food and beverage manufacturing facility. Oversee in-process and finished-product testing, sanitation verification, CCP monitoring execution, audits, hold and release decisions, investigations, CAPA, calibration, records, incoming ingredient evaluation, and GMP compliance. Coordinate with production, maintenance, food safety, purchasing, R&D, and regulatory teams. Lead urgent quality holds or recall-related responses and provide off-hours support when needed.

Drive profitable sales growth and distribution across GA, AL, MS, and the Florida Panhandle by managing distributor and account relationships, identifying new business, executing strategic plans with Sales/Marketing, tracking activity in CRM, supporting customer issues, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at trade shows and meetings.

Lead technical operations for juice extraction, oil recovery, and yield management. Drive SOPs, FSMA/SQF/BRC compliance, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and cross-functional loss reduction to maximize recovery, quality, and profitability.
