Manage document control processes for food safety and quality systems at a production facility. Collect, validate, file, and maintain physical and electronic records, track revisions, support internal audits, prepare COAs, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

Own day-to-day execution of consumer-facing marketing programs across e-commerce fulfillment, trade show planning/execution, and consumer relations. Manage fulfillment team, track KPIs, coordinate event logistics and budgets, develop sales collateral, capture leads, and handle consumer inquiries and escalations to improve product and marketing outcomes.

Lead plant-level FP&A supporting Beaumont manufacturing operations. Provide financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance and KPI analysis (cost per case, yield, labor, OEE). Partner with operations, supply chain, accounting and leadership to drive EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, and capital project analysis. Maintain financial governance, dashboards, and reporting to support decisions and investor/lender communications.
