Teams at Perot Museum of Nature and Science

Develops and delivers hands-on STEAM and makerspace programming for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include curriculum development, equipment maintenance, supply and inventory management, operational procedure creation, volunteer and staff training, safety oversight, visitor engagement, recordkeeping, and researching emerging maker education trends. The role supports special events and requires weekend and evening availability.

Coordinates museum membership growth, retention, renewals, sales, benefits fulfillment, communications, CRM data integrity, and member servicing. Supports annual giving strategies, member events, digital campaigns, onboarding materials, and marketing initiatives. Collaborates across departments and assists members by phone and in person. The role requires accurate reporting, strong organization, customer service, written communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Manages corporate donor and prospect portfolios, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding philanthropic investments, memberships, sponsorships, grants, and partnerships. Builds corporate relationships and pipelines, develops relocation and engagement strategies, coordinates sponsorship activations, creates tailored proposals and stewardship materials, delivers donor presentations, maintains CRM records, and tracks revenue and retention metrics. Collaborates across Museum teams to expand corporate volunteering and achieve fundraising goals.
