Manages corporate donor and prospect portfolios for the Perot Museum, growing corporate giving through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Builds relationships with companies, develops sponsorship proposals and benefit packages, coordinates activations and recognition, and aligns corporate social responsibility goals with museum strategy. Produces proposals, reports, budgets, presentations, and other donor materials while delivering persuasive pitches and supporting fundraising goals.

Leads creative development for exhibition narratives, live engagement experiences, and science-focused content. Translates complex scientific concepts into compelling, accessible guest journeys; collaborates with scientists, designers, presenters, and cross-functional teams; manages freelance creatives, review processes, production schedules, budgets, and installation timelines. Uses guest feedback and evaluation data to refine experiences while ensuring scientific accuracy, institutional alignment, bilingual accessibility, and consistent creative quality.

Develops and delivers hands-on STEAM and makerspace programming for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include curriculum development, equipment maintenance, supply and inventory management, operational procedure creation, volunteer and staff training, safety oversight, visitor engagement, recordkeeping, and researching emerging maker education trends. The role supports special events and requires weekend and evening availability.
