Provides front-line IT help desk support to museum staff, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, software, POS systems, CRM and ticketing platforms. Handles ticket intake, triage, escalation, account access, password resets, onboarding, equipment deployment, documentation, and inventory tracking. The part-time schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Manages corporate donor and prospect portfolios, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding philanthropic investments, memberships, sponsorships, grants, and partnerships. Builds corporate relationships and pipelines, develops relocation and engagement strategies, coordinates sponsorship activations, creates tailored proposals and stewardship materials, delivers donor presentations, maintains CRM records, and tracks revenue and retention metrics. Collaborates across Museum teams to expand corporate volunteering and achieve fundraising goals.

Develop and execute brand creative across digital, social, print, environmental, and experiential channels. Evolve the museum’s visual identity, create scalable templates and brand systems, present concepts, support integrated campaigns, and manage creative workflows. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and production partners while improving creative processes, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality assets aligned with strategic objectives.

Creates, captures, edits, and publishes photography, video, graphics, and written content across social media platforms. Manages the content calendar, community engagement, live event coverage, influencer coordination, and social analytics. Collaborates with museum departments to identify content opportunities and amplify communications campaigns, exhibitions, programs, and announcements.

Lead development of exhibition content and experiences that translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, bilingual (EN/ES) storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy, manage content schedules, incorporate visitor feedback, and uphold best practices from concept through installation.
